Pack in sachet

Our sachet filling machines are adjustable to produce sizes varying from 20g to 5.000kg. We can also produce small sachets in a so called string. A string consists of several sachets attached to each other, only seperated by a perforated line. The sachets can then be pulled loose from each other easily.

Preferably you supply your product in Big Bags. It is also possible to mix your product according to recipy first and then pack it. Depending on the destination of your product we can also add CO2 and N2 to the sachets. The sachets will be packed in a box and then stacked on a pallet. These pallets can be packed in stretch wrapping.

Pack in bag-in-box

It is possible to pack the individual sachet in a cardboard box. Different sizes are available.

Pack in tin can

We can process cans in our can-line department with the following diameters: 99mm, 127mm, 153mm and 186.5mm. The weights of the filled cans vary between 250g and 2500g. We recieve the powder preferably in Big Bags, after which we repack the product to your desired type of package. We can also add different types of gasses to the tin in order to lower the amount of oxygen and consequentively lengthen the shelf life of your product. The tin will then be packed into a wrap around box, of which you define the number of cans in a box. These boxes will be packed on a pallet which can also be supplied with a stretch wrapping.
